Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products/services.
• Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospects for the sales team.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
