Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Outbound calling:
Contacting potential customers to introduce and sell products or services.
Lead generation:
Identifying and qualifying leads through phone conversations.
Product knowledge:
Learning and communicating features, benefits, and information about the company's offerings.
Sales and persuasion:
Delivering persuasive sales pitches, handling objections, and securing sales to meet quotas.
Customer engagement:
Building rapport with potential customers and understanding their needs.
Record keeping:
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, sales, and other relevant information in a CRM system.
Follow-up:
Conducting follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction after a sale.
