Job Title: Tele Sales Executive Company: Fire and Personal Safety Enterprises Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. • Follow up on inquiries and leads provided by the company. • Maintain and update customer databases with call and sales information. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate product information. • Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits or large orders. • Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Requirements: • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate. • Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business). • Previous telesales or customer service experience preferred. • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
