Job Title: Real Estate Tele caller Location: Gurgaon Sector 74 Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0-4 years Job Summary: Tele caller Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and assisting potential clients in their property search. You will play a key role in increasing sales and customer engagement by communicating effectively with prospects and clients. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and investors. Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant property details. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options. Follow up with potential leads to maintain client engagement. Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales teams. Maintain an updated database of potential leads and customer interactions. Explain real estate projects, pricing, and features to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Achieve assigned targets and contribute to sales growth. Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries. Requirements: Education: Minimum [Specify, e.g., High School/Diploma/Bachelors degree] Experience: [Specify, e.g., 0-2 years in telecalling, real estate, or sales] Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
