Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents and explain course offerings Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information about products and services Follow up on leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails Convert leads into enrollments by effectively pitching value propositions Maintain a database of interactions and update CRM tools regularly Collaborate with the sales and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding Handle basic objection handling and provide follow-up support Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets Key Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in speaking with students and parents over the phone Ability to understand customer needs and handle rejections positively Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus Previous experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory Perks and Benefits: Attractive incentives Opportunity to work in a rapidly growing EdTech environment Training and development support
