Role & responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce available real estate projects.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
  • Generate leads, follow up regularly, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional communication at all times.

  • Candidates with experience in Real Estate Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales will be preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle outbound calls and engage effectively with clients.

  • Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads.
