Role & responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and offers.
Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by offering effective solutions.
Maintain customer records by updating account information and interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved.
Escalate complex cases to higher management when required.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team for continuous improvement.
Meet performance metrics like response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Represent the brand positively and build long-term customer relationships.
