Role & responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and offers.
  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by offering effective solutions.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved.
  • Escalate complex cases to higher management when required.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team for continuous improvement.
  • Meet performance metrics like response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Represent the brand positively and build long-term customer relationships.
