Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Sales Executive, located in Chennai. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable recruitment solutions. Key day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining accurate documentation of interactions. The role requires a proactive approach to meeting sales targets, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the sales team.

· Prepare and customize sales proposals, quotations, and presentations as per client requirements.

· Follow up with clients for meeting confirmations, feedback, and documentation.

· Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, operations) to gather inputs for proposals.

· Maintain customer data, meeting logs, and proposal records in CRM or tracking tools.

· Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and support requests.

· Track and update the status of leads, proposals, and ongoing opportunities.

· Assist in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and documentation.

Requirements:

· Any degree

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
