Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-counselor at the BIA Shyamal, Ahmedabad Campus. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to potential students, providing them with information about the courses, following up with prospective students, assisting them through the enrollment process, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions and feedback. They will work closely with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets and will participate in various outreach activities to attract potential students to BIA courses.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or counseling
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory
