Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller/Admission Counselor at BIA's Shyamal, Ahmedabad campus. The role involves connecting with potential students and professionals over calls to provide guidance on available courses and admission processes. The responsibilities include understanding client needs, explaining course details, following up to ensure smooth enrollment, and maintaining a database of inquiries. You will play a critical role in helping individuals kickstart or advance their professional careers by facilitating their admission process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for counseling and managing client inquiries.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or related fields.
• Ability to explain course content and benefits clearly to prospective students.
• Proficiency in maintaining student records and handling admission-related documentation.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Proactive and results-driven approach to meet admission targets.
• Prior experience in the education or training industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred.
