Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-counselor located in Ahmedabad. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for engaging with clients via phone and video calls, providing wellness consultations, and discussing available treatments and services. The Tele-counselor will also provide personalized advice based on clients' needs and assist with scheduling appointments and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in wellness consultation, client engagement, and customer service
• Knowledge of dermatology treatments, anti-ageing therapies, body sculpting, and laser hair removal
• Ability to provide personalized wellness advice and build client relationships
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
