Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele-counselor role based in Chandigarh. The Tele-counselor will engage with customers to provide professional travel advice and services, assist in booking and arranging trips, and address customer inquiries regarding domestic and international travel. The role involves building strong customer relationships, maintaining detailed travel arrangements, and ensuring that all travel expectations and experiences meet customer needs. Qualifications communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and assist customers Proficiency in managing travel bookings, itineraries, and providing travel advice Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations and packages Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Experience in the travel industry or a related field is a plus Bachelor’s degree preferred
