Role Overview: As a representative at Frankfinn, your role involves making outgoing calls to students to inform them about the various courses offered by Frankfinn based on their interests. You will be responsible for: Key Responsibilities: - Briefing students about the versatile and structured training programs and Certificate courses provided by Frankfinn. - Encouraging students to attend free career counselling sessions at Frankfinn. - Following up with students in a timely manner to understand the status of their visit. - Maintaining regular attendance and arriving at work on time. - Utilizing good communication skills in English to effectively engage with students. - Demonstrating experience in outbound sales voice process to successfully carry out the responsibilities of the role.
