Role Description

This is an on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Tele-counselor. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, providing detailed information about the courses offered, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The role also includes answering queries, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain course details and benefits clearly to potential students
• Experience in tele-counseling or customer service
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and the courses offered by the academy
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
