Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Caller role located in Ahmedabad. The Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and clients, providing information about our courses and services, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Daily tasks include managing outbound calls, following up with leads, supporting marketing campaigns, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role is crucial in driving the academy’s enrollment and ensuring a seamless experience for all prospects.

• Proficiency in managing outbound calls and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
