About the Role

No cold calling

inbound, genuine leads from Facebook, Instagram & digital campaigns

Key Responsibilities

• Call and engage with digital leads received via FB/Insta
• Provide clear project information and handle customer questions
• Schedule site visits for potential buyers
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain rapport
• Update CRM with lead status, call logs, and follow-up details

Required Experience & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in real estate telecalling

• Excellent communication & convincing skills

• Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi

• Ability to manage inbound digital leads
• Basic CRM knowledge (preferred)

Team Leader Positions Also Open

Telecalling Team Leader

• 5+ years of telecalling/lead management experience

• Ability to supervise, guide, and track team performance
• Strong communication & leadership skills
