Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller based in Kolkata. The Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, informing them about Ladyfair’s offerings, and addressing their inquiries. The tasks include supporting client appointments, maintaining client relationships, managing databases, and providing prompt customer service. Effective communication and polite demeanor are key aspects of this role, along with maintaining follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
