Tele-counselor

You are urgently seeking a Telecounsellor (Domestic) for a full-time onsite position located in Sector 18, Gurgaon. The company you will be working for is Frankfinn Aviation Services Private Limited. Your work schedule will consist of 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) with office hours from 10 am to 7 pm. As a candidate, you should be an undergraduate (minimum: 12th Pass out with results in hand) and possess good communication skills in English/Hindi. The ideal candidate for this role should have 0-4 years of experience in Outbound Tele calling, Tele Sales, or lead generation. Experience in lead generation processes and outbound tele calling exposure would be preferable. Your primary responsibilities will include making outgoing calls to students to inform them about Frankfinn courses and encouraging them to attend free career counselling sessions at Frankfinn institutes. Additionally, you will be required to follow up with students in a timely manner to track the status of their visit. This is a full-time, permanent position that will require you to work in person at the designated location.,
