Role Overview

As a

Telesales Executive

, you will be responsible for outbound sales calls, promoting insurance products to customers, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities-

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.Pitch and sell insurance products (life, term, or health).Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.Adapt to various communication channels and languages as required.

Eligibility Criteria-

Minimum

12th pass

qualification.

At least 6 months

of experience in

insurance sales

(life, term, or health).Age:

Up to 35 years

Good communication skills

in English (verbal and written).Must clear

Versant Level 4 or 5

assessment.Ability to learn quickly and handle pressure.Strong listening and interpersonal skills.Courteous, with a customer-centric approach.Self-motivated and target-driven.
