Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-counselor, located in Hyderabad. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to prospective students, providing information about the academy’s courses and programs, and offering counseling to help students select the right course. Additional tasks include maintaining call records, following up with potential students, and collaborating with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service or tele-counseling Ability to manage and maintain detailed records Proficient in using computer software and CRM systems Excellent organizational and time-management skills Fluency in multiple languages is a plus Experience in the education sector is beneficial Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in management or education
