Job Description

A Telecaller Executive is responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers via phone, either making outbound calls to generate leads or handling inbound calls to assist customers. They provide information about products or services, answer queries, resolve issues, and potentially contribute to sales targets. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and an understanding of the company's offerings are crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Making calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, generate leads, and qualify prospects. Inbound Calls: Answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information. Customer Engagement: Building rapport, understanding customer needs, and offering solutions. Data Management: Accurately recording call details, customer feedback, and follow-up requirements in the CRM system. Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets, lead generation targets, or customer interaction targets. Collaboration: Working with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. Essential Skills: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging customers and conveying information clearly. Interpersonal Skills : The ability to build rapport, listen actively, and understand customer needs is vital. Customer Service : Providing helpful and efficient service to customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues. Time Management: Prioritizing tasks, managing multiple calls, and meeting deadlines. Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of the company's products or services is necessary to answer customer questions accurately. CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track interactions and manage leads. Data Entry Accuracy: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating the CRM system.
