Introduction A receptionist serves as the initial point of contact for an organization, playing a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position encompasses a blend of administrative and customer service responsibilities, requiring a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Front Desk Management : Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a hospitable environment. Communication Handling : Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; manage correspondence via email and mail. Appointment Scheduling : Organize and confirm appointments, meetings, and events for staff and clients. Administrative Support : Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Facility Coordination : Ensure reception and common areas are tidy and presentable; prepare meeting rooms as needed. Essential Skills and Qualifications Communication : Strong verbal and written skills to interact effectively. Organization : Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with office equipment and software, including MS Office. Professionalism : Maintain a courteous and approachable demeanor, even under pressure. Adaptability : Flexibility to handle unexpected situations and adjust to changing priorities. Qualification :- 12th or Any degree can apply to. Requirements :- Female Only.
