Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from students, parents, and educational institutions to provide admission counseling services.
Assist prospective students in selecting suitable courses based on their academic background, interests, and career goals.
Process student applications, verify documents, and facilitate enrollment processes.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, conversions, and feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to admissions processing.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in admission counseling or a similar field (education industry).
Strong communication skills in Telugu language.
Proficiency in Tamil language is an added advantage.
Experience with inside sales techniques for lead generation through telecalling or email campaigns.
