Field Sales/Field Marketer — Hospitals & Clinics [Bangalore] Location: On site across Bengaluru city; daily field visits required Employment: Full‑time, field role with daily travel to hospitals, clinics and other businesses Role summary This role drives new business by visiting hospitals, clinics and businesses daily, explaining a digital marketing solution, running short demos, and closing deals within the assigned territory. The position suits a high‑energy salesperson with excellent English communication, strong presentation skills, and a track record of field sales or medical sales in Bangalore. Key responsibilities Plan and execute daily field visits to hospitals and clinics; prospect, present, negotiate, and close new accounts across the assigned territory. Deliver crisp product pitches and demos to hospital owners, administrators, and marketing managers; handle objections and move opportunities to closure. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships (owners, MDs, admins, marketing teams) to drive repeat business and referrals. Own the territory plan, daily routeing, and weekly pipeline reviews; update CRM with visits, next steps, and forecast. Track competitor activity, share market feedback, and coordinate with the inside sales/marketing team for campaigns and collateral. Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings, demos completed, closures, and revenue. Requirements 1–4 years in field sales/medical sales/B2B outside sales, ideally selling to hospitals or clinics. Excellent English communication with strong presentation and negotiation skills; Kannada/Hindi a plus. Comfortable with daily field travel across Bangalore; valid two‑wheeler preferred. Hands‑on with CRM and basic productivity tools (zoom, email, spreadsheets, presentations); disciplined with reporting. Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and resilient in a fast‑paced field environment. KPIs Daily activity: 8–12 in‑person visits, 3–5 decision‑maker conversations, and 2–3 demos. Pipeline health: opportunities created, stage progression, forecast accuracy, and CRM hygiene. Outcomes: weekly closures and monthly revenue vs. target for the assigned territory. Compensation and benefits Fixed salary with performance‑linked incentives/accelerators; monthly travel/DA reimbursement and allowance. Tools and support CRM access, sales collateral, demo scripts, and territory account lists provided; ongoing coaching and weekly pipeline reviews. Structured onboarding with shadow visits and objection‑handling playbooks for hospital and clinic stakeholders. Work schedule Onsite, Monday–Saturday field coverage with weekly planning/review; occasional early/late visits based on hospital availability. Territory anchored in Bangalore with micro‑clusters by zone to optimize travel and coverage.
