Job Description

A Tele caller Executive, also known as a Telecaller or Telesales Representative, is responsible for making and receiving phone calls to promote products or services, generate leads, and provide customer service. They engage with potential and existing customers, explain offerings, answer queries, and work towards achieving sales targets or other defined goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling:
  • Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, generate leads, and qualify prospects.
  • Inbound Calling:
  • Handling incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
  • Sales Support:
  • Assisting with sales efforts by promoting products, cross-selling, and upselling, and following up on leads to convert them into customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating databases, and generating reports on call activities.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Staying informed about the company's products, services, and promotional offers to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Meeting Targets:
  • Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly call targets, sales quotas, or other performance goals.
  • Complaint Resolution:
  • Addressing customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Market Research:
  • Gathering feedback from customers and conducting market research to identify customer needs and trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, active listening, and the ability to clearly explain information.
  • Persuasion and Negotiation Skills: Ability to persuade customers, handle objections, and close sales.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a focus on building relationships and providing excellent service.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, telephone systems, and basic computer operations.
  • Sales Skills: Understanding of sales techniques, lead generation, and closing strategies.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple calls, and meet deadlines.
  • Patience and Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
