Job Description

Telecalling Executive (Lead Generation & Client Coordination)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, sharing company information, and presenting our high-quality services that help businesses grow. The candidate will also manage regular follow-ups with existing clients and explore new client opportunities through online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Client Engagement & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote the company’s services.

Clearly present the benefits and quality of our services to encourage interest and lead conversion.

Deliver presentations and consultations over the phone or via virtual meetings.

Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and how our services can help them grow.

2. Existing Client Follow-up

Call existing clients regularly to confirm scheduled visits and ensure repeat bookings.

Maintain excellent client relationships to foster long-term engagement and satisfaction.

Address client inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

3. Online Research & New Lead Sourcing

Identify and source new business leads through Google searches, social media platforms, online directories, and other business websites.

Maintain a lead database with updated contact information and call status.

Coordinate with the sales or business development team to hand over qualified leads.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telecalling, lead generation, or a similar role.

Strong communication and persuasion skills in English (and local language if required).

Ability to understand and explain services clearly to diverse business clients.

Proficiency in using MS Office, CRM tools, and online research platforms.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Tele calling : 2 years (Required)
  • Customer relationship management: 2 years (Required)
