Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller located in Dehradun. The primary responsibilities include interacting with potential and existing clients over calls to provide information about loan offerings, advising them on financial solutions, and addressing client inquiries. The Tele Caller will also schedule appointments, maintain records of customer interactions, track leads, and ensure excellent customer service. Team collaboration to achieve sales targets and maintain good client relationships is a key component of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in handling client queries and providing appropriate solutions.
• Basic knowledge of finance and loans is preferred but not mandatory.
• Organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and managing client data.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in operating phones, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and basic computer applications.
• Fluency in English and regional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in tele sales, customer support, or financial services is an advantage.
