Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kamthi for a Telecaller at Sukh Exim & Associates Pvt Ltd. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing calls, addressing client inquiries, providing information about the company's services, and maintaining communication records. The individual will play a key role in building customer relationships, collecting client feedback, and managing follow-ups as needed. Collaboration with the sales and customer service teams will also be an integral aspect of this role.

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate call records

• Fluency in relevant languages applicable to the target demographic
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a strong plus
