Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller (Appointment Setter) located in Nagpur. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments, maintaining customer records, and providing information and support to clients. They will follow up with clients, manage inbound inquiries, and ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping. The goal is to set appointments effectively and maintain high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls
• Experience in customer service, telesales, or telemarketing
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and data entry
• Ability to work independently and handle client inquiries effectively
• Previous experience in the IT or digital services industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is an advantage
