The Tele Caller will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls, addressing client inquiries, and providing accurate information about products or services. The role includes maintaining customer records, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Tele Caller will identify customer needs, promote company offerings, and achieve assigned targets. Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Hindi. Proficiency in sales techniques, customer handling, and client engagement. Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills for effective issue resolution. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools and phone systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and maintain a professional approach under pressure. Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field is advantageous. High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
