Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in telecalling or customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain products and services clearly and effectively
• Maintain call logs and records of customer interactions
• Follow up with leads and ensure successful conversions
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Confidence and clarity while handling calls
• Basic computer knowledge
• 12th Pass candidates may also apply
