Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Telecaller to join our HRMS Software Sales team for our new office at Kochin and Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining product features, and assisting in client conversions through effective communication and follow-ups. This role is crucial in connecting with potential customers, understanding their HR software needs, and promoting our HRMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote the company’s HRMS software solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule product demos for the sales team.
  • Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication to ensure successful conversion.
  • Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve monthly targets.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Report daily call performance, lead updates, and feedback to the reporting manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (preferably in software/SaaS/IT industry).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (Malayalam/Hindi/Tamil preferred).
  • Good listening and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain software features and benefits clearly.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
