Position Overview:

We are seeking a well-spoken and detail-oriented Teacher Registration Executive to join our administrative team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the teacher registration process, maintaining accurate data records, and ensuring that all communications with applicants are conducted efficiently and professionally in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephonic communication with prospective teachers for registration purposes.
• Explain the registration process clearly and answer queries in fluent English.
• Collect, verify, and maintain teacher information in organized Excel databases.
• Accurately upload teacher details on the company’s official website.
• Follow up with teachers for pending or incomplete profiles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and data accuracy.

Requirements:

• Excellent command over spoken and written English.
• Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality of data.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Freshers with good English communication are welcome).

Remuneration & Work Details:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience & communication skills)
• Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Work Type: Full-time, Office-based
