Job Title: Tele Caller – Home Tutor Consultancy

Location: Barasat, Duckbunglow More, Kolkata

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM

Salary: ₹10000 to 15000 per month + Performance Incentives

Job Description:

The National Institute of Home Tutor is hiring Tele Callers to assist parents/guardians in finding the right home tutor from our network of 24,000+ teachers. This is a fully desk-based role, ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

Calling and coordinating with parents/guardians to understand their tutoring needs

Matching students with suitable tutors from our extensive database

Following up on inquiries and maintaining a record of interactions

Ensuring smooth communication between tutors and clients

Achieving monthly targets with the opportunity to earn performance incentives

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline

Strong communication skills in English, Bengali and Hindi

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.)

Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
