Position: Back Office Executive Company: National Institute Of Home Tutors Location: Barasat, Duckbunglow More, Kolkata Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Job Role & Responsibilities: We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to join our team at Metro Institute Home Tutor Consultancy. The core responsibility of the role is online fees collection from guardians. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with guardians via phone, WhatsApp, and email regarding fee payments Maintain accurate records of transactions and follow-up schedules Coordinate with the accounts and operations team for smooth collection and documentation Use online payment platforms and tools for fee processing Provide timely reminders and support to ensure on-time payments Candidate Requirements: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th pass); Graduate preferred Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using smartphones, Excel, and payment apps Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English preferred but not mandatory) Prior experience in fees collection, telecalling, or customer support will be an added advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Communication skills: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
