Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tele Caller to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in the recruitment industry, with excellent communication and convincing skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers and provide product/service information.
Maintain daily call records and update CRM software.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales appointments.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM).
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously and meet targets.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or voice process is an added advantage.
Skills in Microsoft Excel, motivating skills, phone banking, outbound calling, marketing communication, KPO, domestic BPO, voice process, international BPO, inbound, negotiation skills, convincing power, cold calling, BPO non-voice, outbound sales, BPO sales, English, voice support, and computer skills are required.
