Roles and Responsibility
Handle customer inquiries and provide support through phone calls.
Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and concerns. Meet or exceed daily call volume and sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals. Stay updated on products and services to effectively communicate with customers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in using CRM software and other telecalling tools. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
