•⁠ ⁠We are seeking a Technology Specialist to manage and support all IT and technology operations within our wedding photography company. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in both hardware and software, playing a key role in ensuring seamless workflow, data security, and system reliability.

•⁠ ⁠You will be responsible for all technical aspects of the business—from maintaining editing workstations and network systems to managing backups, software tools, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, storage devices (NAS/external drives), and networking equipment.

•⁠ ⁠Provide support for photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and related tools.

•⁠ ⁠Oversee data backup, cloud storage, and file management to ensure safety and accessibility of all client work.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and troubleshoot company website, online galleries, and booking systems.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure hardware and software systems are optimized for performance and reliability.

•⁠ ⁠Provide technical support during on-location or studio shoots when needed.

•⁠ ⁠Implement best practices in cybersecurity, data protection, and digital asset management.

•⁠ ⁠Research, recommend, and implement new technologies to improve workflow and system performance.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Strong experience with computer hardware setup, repair, and optimization.

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in photography-related software (Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, etc.).

•⁠ ⁠Experience with data backup systems (local + cloud), NAS storage, and file workflows.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with networking, website maintenance, and online client delivery platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently, troubleshoot efficiently, and stay organized.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience using any Mobile Device Management software to maintain all systems health and run patches.
