What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Source & Screen - Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across Global Technology and Innovation, Data and Analytics (IDA) functions. Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and effectively evaluate candidates for current and expected upcoming hiring needs.
• Stakeholder Management - Collaborating, advising, and partnering with business leaders and hiring managers right from recruitment kickoff strategy meetings to candidate negotiations and onboarding. Calibrate with hiring managers frequently on candidates, progress and challenges.
• Candidate Experience & Cultivation - Provide high touch experience throughout the entire recruiting process and build relationship with passive candidates and cultivate them for future opportunities.
• Onboarding - Conduct career, growth and compensation conversations with the shortlisted candidates. Understand the drivers and pitch AXA XLs value proposition and close the offer. Follow the rigorous post-offer engagement process and ensure candidates are onboarded to avoid offer drops
• Reporting - Accurately maintaining, tracking, and reporting on recruitment metrics to improve service levels
• Process building - Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.
• Branding - Represent AXA XL brand with highest degree of integrity and professionalism. You will report to the Head, TSI.Were looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

• Required Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelors degree required.
• Excellent technology talent landscape knowledge (engineering, application solutions, data science, BI, cloud, DevOps, etc.).
• Relevant and recent recruiting experience in either a search firm, agency or corporation. Experience in both a corporate environment and a search firm preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit diverse individuals and ability to negotiate and consult on total compensation packages (base, bonus).
• Excellent expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms.
• Understanding of technical skill sets, programming languages, and data tools.
• In-house recruiting experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  Desired Skills and Abilities:

• Willingness to travel, as needed.
