Job Description

About the Role:

Technology Innovation Partner

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Scouting & Innovation Strategy:

Identify, assess, and recommend emerging technologies (AI, automation, blockchain, IoT, XR, etc.) that can create competitive advantage or operational improvement.
Evaluate the fit of new technologies with business objectives, workflows, and strategic priorities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and update the companys innovation roadmap.

Partnership & Ecosystem Development:

Build and manage relationships with startups, tech vendors, research institutions, and industry consortia.
Lead the engagement and onboarding of strategic tech partners and pilot programs.
Represent the company at industry events, innovation forums, and technology showcases.

Pilot Management & Experimentation:

Plan, execute, and evaluate proofs of concept (PoCs), prototypes, and pilot initiatives.
Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and operations teams to operationalize new solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in or with innovation labs, accelerators, or startup ecosystems.
Familiarity with open innovation, design thinking, lean startup, or agile innovation frameworks.
Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, energy) is a plus.
Certifications in project management, innovation leadership, or enterprise architecture.
