Job Summary:

Technology Innovation Partner

Key Responsibilities:

1. Innovation Strategy & Leadership

• Identify technology trends and emerging tools that align with the organization’s strategic goals.
  
• Partner with business and technical leaders to define innovation priorities and measurable outcomes.
  
• Develop and maintain the innovation roadmap in alignment with enterprise architecture and IT strategy.
  
• Foster a culture of innovation through workshops, ideation sessions, and technology showcases.
  

2. Technology Scouting & Evaluation

• Research and assess emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, cloud-native solutions, automation, etc.).
  
• Evaluate vendor solutions, startups, and academic partnerships for potential collaboration.
  
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new technologies.
  

3. Proof of Concept (PoC) & Pilot Delivery

• Lead the design and execution of PoCs and pilot projects to test new solutions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to validate innovation use cases.
  
• Document findings, performance metrics, and recommendations for scaling or discontinuation.
  

4. Partnership & Ecosystem Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with technology partners, research institutions, and innovation ecosystems.
  
• Represent the organization in external forums, technology consortiums, and startup accelerator programs.
  

5. Thought Leadership & Change Enablement

• Communicate technology trends, insights, and business impact through presentations and reports.
  
• Drive change management and adoption strategies for introducing new technologies into operations.
  
• Mentor teams and build internal capabilities in innovation practices and emerging tech.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  
• 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or digital transformation roles.
  
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, data analytics, cloud, IoT, blockchain, automation, etc.).
  
• Proven experience leading technology evaluation, PoC execution, or pilot-to-scale transitions.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to translate technology into business value.
  
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Experience working with external technology partners, startups, or innovation hubs.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience in design thinking, agile innovation, or lean startup methodologies.
  
• Background in enterprise architecture or IT strategy consulting.
  
• MBA or equivalent business qualification.
  
• Certification in innovation management or digital transformation frameworks.
  
• Experience in a cross-industry innovation or R&D environment.
