Job Description

Job Summary:

Techno-Commercial Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote

    precast concrete components

    across government, industrial, and private sectors.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and key decision-makers in

    infrastructure, real estate, and EPC sectors

    .
  3. Generate inquiries, prepare techno-commercial offers, and negotiate pricing and terms to close high-value deals.

Technical Sales & Client Consultation

  1. Understand project drawings, structural requirements, and specifications to offer

    suitable precast solutions

    tailored to client needs.
  2. Work closely with the design, production, and erection teams to ensure solution feasibility, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Conduct technical presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations for consultants, architects, and contractors.

Client Relationship Management

  1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts including

    contractors, developers, consultants, and government agencies

    .
  2. Act as a single point of contact for clients throughout the sales and execution lifecycle, ensuring timely communication and support.

Tendering & Govt. Liaison

  1. Participate in tendering processes, prepare documentation for government bids, and interface with public procurement platforms (e.g., GeM, CPP).
  2. Liaise with government departments and infrastructure agencies to introduce new precast technologies and gain approvals.

Technical Support & Post-Sales Services

  1. Coordinate with the technical service team for

    delivery schedules, site erection planning, and issue resolution

    .
  2. Provide after-sales technical support and assist clients in addressing structural, handling, or installation queries.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  1. Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and upcoming infrastructure projects to inform business strategy.
  2. Maintain CRM records, generate sales reports, and present insights to senior management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of

    precast concrete products and production/erection process

  • Understanding of infrastructure project life cycles and client requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, BOQs, and tender specs
  • Familiarity with construction codes, government tendering systems, and EPC workflows

Qualifications:

  • B.E. / B.Tech

    in Civil Engineering or Diploma Civil
  • MBA / PGDM

    in Marketing or Business Development
  • Experience:

    8–15 years in sales, business development, or technical services in the

    precast/construction materials/infrastructure

    industry
