Job Description

As a Sales Executive at the company, your role will involve extensive research on prospective clients, decision makers, and the Technology landscape. You will be responsible for researching client and company backgrounds through websites and social-networking sites. It will be vital for you to develop and maintain competitive knowledge on service offerings, industries, and products to leverage in lead generation and research. Your analysis of market trends and competitor activity will help in identifying new business leads. Making formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective business accounts will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to identify and develop new business through networking, courtesy calls, and follow-up calls. Initiating the sales process, creating proposals, and following through leads via mails or over the phone will be crucial. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers for prospecting new business is also expected. Building a prospect database and meeting or exceeding individual sales targets will be key metrics of success. You will also be required to attend sales events and must have no restrictions to travel across the target market to achieve the defined annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets. Qualifications required for this role include being a Graduate or Undergraduate with 0-6 months of experience in IT sales. Excellent communication and relationship building skills are essential, along with a passion for sales. You should have the ability to represent the company at appropriate business forums, work independently as well as in a team environment, and possess high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
