About the Role
Shikshak Solutions is seeking a dynamic Techno Sales Executive to bridge technical expertise and sales excellence. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals passionate about driving technology adoption in the education sector, fostering client relationships, and accelerating sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales of STEM and EdTech solutions through strategic outreach and relationship building.
• Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients; understand their technical and business requirements.
• Present and demonstrate technical products to diverse customer segments, including institutions and educators.
• Collaborate with technical, product, and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback; share market insights with the team.
• Represent Shikshak Solutions at relevant educational trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Ideal Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
• 1-5 years of proven success in technical sales, preferably EdTech or STEM-related sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain complex products to non-technical stakeholders.
• Results-driven and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
• Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools.
