Job Profile

Position : Techno sales Engineer

Job location: Region 1-Gujarat

Region 2 (Maharastra/MP/Rajasthan)

Region 3 ( Uttrakhand, Chennai , Odisha)

Reporting To: Director

Job Profile :

1) To look after Sales profile of the allocated Region.

2) Identify New Business Opportunity and Generate new Leads.

3) Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.

4) Demonstrate products, prepare proposals, and handle technical clarifications.

5) Maintain relationships with existing Banking clients and ensure repeat business.

6) Coordinate with technical / service teams for installation and support.

7) Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

8) Prepare MIS reports, visit reports, and follow-up updates.

9) Participate in tenders, documentation, and pricing submissions.

10) Ensure Payments to be collected against sales Generated.

11) Maintain Region wise teams working strategy, compliance with new joining & training on ground filed.

12) Line up with the Team requirement with head office.

Required Skills & Competencies:

1) Strong technical understanding of the product line (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Security Systems other Safety Equipment, etc.).

2) Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills.

3) Ability to understand technical drawings/specifications.

4) Self-motivated and target-oriented.

5) Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and email communication.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma/B.E./B. Tech in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or relevant field.
• 13 years of experience in technical sales (freshers with strong technical knowledge can also apply).
