Technical Support Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for working with customers to identify software problems and providing them with the necessary advice. Additionally, you will need to log and maintain records of customer/employee queries, conduct software demos for customers, and update self-help manuals for customers/employees to troubleshoot issues independently. It is essential to have a deep understanding of the software being used by customers, assess their IT knowledge levels, and demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving abilities. You must also possess excellent communication skills, be a logical thinker, and have the capacity to handle difficult callers. Furthermore, you should have good analytical skills and be comfortable working in US shift timings.
