Techno Functional Consultant (ERPNext)

As a Senior ERPNext Techno-Functional Consultant, your role involves engaging with business users and stakeholders to understand their functional and non-functional requirements. You will be responsible for analyzing existing business processes and mapping them into ERPNext workflows and functionalities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Participating in requirement gathering, gap analysis, system design, and documentation. - Customizing ERPNext modules and implementing automation using server/client scripts and custom fields. - Preparing and executing comprehensive test plans, as well as conducting system and user acceptance testing. - Training end-users, providing post-implementation support and enhancements. - Developing reports and dashboards tailored to meet specific business needs. - Identifying risks during implementation and proposing mitigation strategies. - Supporting ongoing operations by resolving issues, bugs, and continuously improving processes. - Participating in product demos, internal reviews, and retrospectives to enhance delivery and quality. - Sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members to help them grow in ERPNext expertise. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an ERPNext functional/techno-functional consultant. - Proven expertise in ERPNext with successful end-to-end implementations. - Extensive hands-on experience in ERPNext modules. - Experience in configuring ERPNext workflows, forms, and reports, as well as writing custom scripts (Python) and integrating with third-party systems using APIs. - Strong analytical and problems solving skills, with excellent communication abilities for documenting requirements and solutions clearly. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide guidance as a subject matter expert.
