Techno-Commercial Engineer – Panel Manufacturing Location: Head Office Salary: ₹45,000–₹75,000 Fixed + Order-based Bonus Variable: Performance bonus based on quote-to-order conversion Education: Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in LT panel design, estimation, and costing Note: Domain knowledge is mandatory. Proficiency in AI tools for productivity, documentation, and data handling is expected. Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Commercial Engineer to manage the complete cycle of design, estimation, and technical support for LT panel manufacturing projects. The role requires strong technical expertise in electrical panels along with the ability to prepare cost-effective proposals and coordinate effectively with sales, purchase, and production teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and cost-effective BOQs, proposals, and quotations for LT panel projects. Conduct technical evaluation of supplier offers and share detailed specifications with the purchase department or final proposals with the sales and marketing team. Coordinate with the production team to verify feasibility and ensure design compliance. Create AutoCAD Electrical drawings, including SLDs, GA diagrams, and other project-specific layouts. Support the sales team with technical documentation and handle client technical queries. Standardize costing sheets and templates to improve response time and efficiency. Requirements Diploma or B.E. in Electrical Engineering with 2–5 years’ experience in LT panel design and estimation. Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, MS Excel, and costing methodologies. Strong knowledge of IS/IEC standards, busbar sizing, and breaker selection. Experience in a panel manufacturing setup or with a panel OEM. Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle custom project requirements. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
