:2-7 years in Hardcore Electrical Maintenance onlyAGE:23-28 YearsCOMPETENCIESFunctional CompetenciesHe should have exposure of working in continuous process industry preferably in food industryHe should have sound knowledge in electrical components of Compressor, Motor, Drives, Bearing & Pump, PLC, Automation, Transformer, Generator, RO plant and ETP, its component and its maintenance.He should have knowledge of Preventive maintenance, benefits of preventive maintenance and various types of predictive maintenance methodologies like vibration analysis, thermography, NDT etcHe should have basic knowledge in computer applications like MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Behavioral CompetenciesAnalytical and decision making skillCommunication & PresentationTeam WorkJOB OBJECTIVE:To carry out electrical & controls maintenance to all areas of the factory, keeping equipment running at optimum efficiency with minimum costs. Undertake maintenance that minimizes downtime & follow up to prevent reoccurrence.1Planned maintenance1.1Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring equipment, applications, device, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.1.2Carry out follow up work as scheduled on CMMS.1.3Monitor feedback of motors & instrumentation on SCADA system.1.4Carry out routine adjustments to prolong equipment life1.5Communicate with operators to establish early equipment failure.1.6Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance1.7Recommend AM(Maintenance) on electrical machinery condition inspection points as part of start-up activities during new projects1.8Be part of predictive maintenance team for thermographic analysis etcMcCain Foods India Private Limited – MEHSANA

2Breakdown maintenance2.1 Diagnose malfunctioning systems, device, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.2.2 Feedback to executive any follow-up required2.3 Communicate with production operators on time scale of stoppage & any assistance that is required2.4 Assist AM (Maintenance) in standardization and / or localization of spares and equipment.2.5 Recommend materials to be absorbed in stores inventory.2.6 Check quality of delivered spares required to complete maintenance inTime3Engineering ImprovementsPropose improvements to increase efficiencies/ improve safety standards or assist productionCarry out approved improvementsBe part of start-up teams in engineering projects as required4SafetyUndertake all maintenance tasks especially electrical safely with appropriate PPE & proceduresAdhere to safe working practices such as working at height regulations like all equipment / motor covers are fitted securelyEnsure equipment is correctly isolated (LOTO procedures) when maintenance is carried outNo loose wires or electrical panels are open to the environmentAll floors are kept dry to minimize slipsIdentify & report any unsafe working conditions/ machine faultsPropose plant improvements in terms of safety and carry out the same once approvedCarry out regular safety inspections of working areas5General MaintenanceKeep electrical bay / workshop tidy & ready for repairsTest motor/ electrical components for stores to confirm operation.Carry out repairs to parts removed if required & return to storesAssist with mechanical tasks as requiredPerform any other reasonable work related tasks as instructed by AM (Maintenance)McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
