Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Technical Writer Intern to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will work closely with our product and technical teams to create clear, concise, and high-quality documentation. Your deliverables will include product user guides, customer-facing decks, white papers, case studies, and more. The role requires working both independently and as part of a team, ensuring that documentation is accurate, user-friendly, and valuable to our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researching, collaborating, and creating high-quality product documentation including user guides, white papers, customer-facing decks, case studies, and other relevant materials.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to understand product features and come up with engaging, informative write-ups for existing and new features.
• Assist the product management team with in-application walkthroughs, following user guides and best practices.
• Work independently and coordinate with team members as per project requirements.
• Create value-rich content like technical blogs, project documentation, and developer guides with a clear understanding of the topics.
• Contribute to content development for internal training materials and external communication for technical audiences.
• Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy.
• Self-motivated, self-starter, flexible, and able to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality documentation.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure that all content aligns with the company’s product goals and user experience objectives.
• Ensure all technical writing follows proper citation and bibliography formats according to industry standards (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago), maintaining academic integrity.

Skills Required:

• Excellent command of written English with the ability to explain complex technical information in an easy-to-understand, clear, and concise manner.
• Strong communication skills, including verbal communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and product teams.
• Familiarity with creating user guides, product documentation, and white papers.
• Ability to research independently and create plagiarism-free, high-quality content.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Experience in working with technical teams to understand product features and translate them into user-friendly documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and clarity, ensuring all documentation is accurate, structured, and easily accessible.
• Knowledge of citation styles (e.g., APA, MLA, Chicago) and the ability to maintain a consistent bibliography, ensuring academic integrity and professional standards are followed in all documentation.

Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related technical field.
• Final-year students and recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in technical writing or content creation is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have access to a laptop and a stable internet connection for remote work.
